Mental Health Month
As you know, October is the Mental Health Awareness month. Apart from the next social, health, and well-being free community event being championed by the Wafrica Ladies this Sunday at the Botanic Gardens from 4-6 PM, there are also a number of online/virtual Mental Health forums we would like to recommend.
